Green Waste Disposal

Green waste includes organic materials such as tree trimmings, branches, palm fronds, lawn clippings, weeds, plants, and other biodegradable garden waste.

General Waste Disposal

General waste includes household and office waste, such as cardboard, plastics, furniture, clothes, kitchenware, timber, appliances, and light renovation materials.

Mixed Heavy Waste Disposal

Mixed heavy waste includes a combination of materials from demolition, construction, and renovation projects, such as concrete, bricks, pavers, soil, general waste, and more.

Concrete & Masonry Waste Disposal

Concrete and masonry waste includes materials like concrete, bricks, tiles, and stone from demolition or renovation projects, and must be strictly limited to these materials.

You can't put the following items in our bins:

  • Fire extinguishers

  • All chemicals & liquids
  • Paints
  • Medical or Biological waste

*Tyres and mattresses can be disposed of for an additional fee.

FAQ

  • Renting a BETTA Bin is straightforward:

    1. Choose your size & Waste type: Select the appropriate size and type of waste based on your project needs.
    2. Schedule delivery: Pick a delivery date & time that works best for you. We usually recommend scheduling at least a few days in advance to ensure availability.
    3. Fill it up: Load your BETTA bin within the rental period, making sure to follow the guidelines for what can and cannot be included.
    4. Pick-up: We'll return on your pick up day and handle the rest. We also offer extended rentals or swap-outs if your project takes longer than expected.
    5. Payment: Payment is typically required upon booking, however for our business partners can be invoiced. any additional charges incurred will be invoiced upon completion of the hire.

  • We offer a variety of BETTA Bin sizes to accommodate different types of projects, whether residential or commercial. All of our BETTA Bins are custom fitted trailers with the option for oversized item racks on top.

    Our range includes:

    • Small BETTA Bin - 4.7 cubic metres. Ideal for small renovations or clean-up projects.
    • Medium BETTA Bin -5.7 cubic metres: Suitable for medium-sized renovations and large home clean-up jobs.
    • Large BETTA Bin: Best for construction or major home addition projects.

  • A standard BETTA bin hire is for 3 days. You can book up to a maximuim of 7 days. The removal date is confirmed when you book your delivery. If you need to extend your booking please let us know and we will be happy to extend it.

    If your project finishes before the agreed removal date, simply contact us, and we can arrange for an earlier pickup. Please note we do not offer a refund for earlier pickup.

  • We handle general household waste, green waste, construction and demolition (C&D) waste, soil, concrete, masonry, and building materials.

  • We do not accept asbestos, contaminated soil, wet paint, food waste, gas bottles, batteries, fire extinguishers, or any chemicals and liquids. Tyres and mattresses can be disposed of with prior approval, as they may incur an additional fee.

  • BETTA Bins cannot be filled above the top rail of the trailer. This is to ensure bins can be safely transported on our roads. 

    Some of our BETTA Bins accomodate large lengthy items such as timbers which can be tied onto the racks. A Betta team member will be available to assist with ensuring these are tied on correctly when the BETTA bin is collected.

    If you find you require another BETTA bin to accommodate your waste please contact us to arrange a changeover.  Over filled BETTA bins can attract a charge.

  • We generally require 24 hours notice for all bookings however in some instances we make be able to accommodate same day delivery.

  • Our Betta Bins are all registered trailers and therefore can be parked anywhere a registered vehicle can be parked.

  • No.  For safety reasons, a customer is not permitted to move the BETTA Bin trailer once delivered.

    Our driver will work with you at delivery to ensure the trailer is parked in a location that best suits  your needs. We use an electric jockey wheel to help get our BETTA Bins into tight places where skip bins would not make it!

    If for any reason you need to move the trailer after delivery, please contact us and we will do the best to accommodate your needs. Please note a repositioning fee will be occured.
